As Account Executive, Emerging Small Business (Spanish-speaking), you will generate new business in existing accounts and new markets. Also, you will be responsible for driving strategic, enterprise-wide CRM initiatives within the Emerging Small Business market segment. You must be able to forecast sales activity and revenue achievement, while creating satisfied and referenceable customers. You will help Salesforce continue to strategize and expand into new market while continuing to grow and nourish existing clients/businesses in that market that are already using Salesforce. You will have a strong impact on the way businesses grow. Additional responsibilities include the following:
Developing and managing relationships within our Small and Medium Business segment.
Help expand into the Brazilian market and become a trusted advisor/change agent for Small and Medium Businesses
Managing complex sales-cycles and presenting to C-level executives the value of our enterprise suite of applications.
Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement in Salesforce while creating satisfied and referenceable customers.
Demonstrating our product via the Web
3-5 years of direct sales experience (selling software, SaaS, applications, platforms etc) to end user)
Carried an individual quota and recent history of over achieving quota and revenue goals
Fluency in speaking Spanish and English (spoken, written, and in business setting)
Experience hunting/prospecting for new business and strong closing experience
Experinece running business meetings to exeuctives (CEO, CFO etc.)
Strong customer references.
Strong computer skills, including Salesforce, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
MUST already live in San Francisco or San Francisco Bay Area (Salesforce only considers local candidates or those living in the U.S. that are willing to relocate to San Francisco at their own expense)
