Johnson & Johnson's Korres Natural Products beauty team is recruiting for an Account Executive based in Los Angeles, CA. Korres is a leading natural beauty brand in the Prestige and Specialty Channels, spanning multiple segments including: Cosmetics, Skincare, Body Care, Haircare, and Sun Protection.

The Account Executive position offers the candidate an exciting opportunity to manage education, training, and sales activities with SEPHORA. The Account Executive will report to the Regional Manager, East and is responsible for maximizing sales in assigned doors/territory through retailer sales associate education and through selling/special events, while exceeding the expectations of the customer.

Key Responsibilities Include: Provide excellent and courteous customer service, Develop retailer sales associates' ability to sell Korres products, Drive individual store and assigned territory sales to meet established sales goals, Understand opportunities within territory and develop a business plan to increase sales, Demonstrate products on customers where applicable, Plan and execute in-store trainings and special events to support brand marketing calendar and to drive sales, Track retail sales against goal, Communicate training needs that will result in increased sales to the Store Director, Manage inventory issues with the store and retailer's operational requirements, Identify and communicate merchandise assortment opportunities and issues to company's senior management, Fully understand the retailer and Korres calendar to efficiently conduct business, e.g. events, seminars, trainings and events in compliance with retailer's requirements, Develop relationships and partner with various departments within each location to maximize sales, Develop relationships and collaborate with divisional and regional personnel for retailers, Collaborate with team members to develop best practices and drive team performance, Present and reinforce a professional appearance and maintain the Company's appearance and dress code standards at all times, Comply with all Company policies and procedures, Attend meetings as required, Work within company expense budgets, following established guidelines and procedures.


A minimum of an Associate's Degree or certification in cosmetology or estiology is required. A Bachelor's Degree is preferred. A minimum of two years of retail sales experience (with at least two years specifically in Beauty and in the Prestige industry) is preferred. Experience working with Sephora is preferred. Candidates must have strong customer service focus, written and oral communication skills, organizational skills, and time-management skills. Candidates must be results-oriented, have demonstrated leadership abilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced enviroment. This position is typical of other retail roles, requiring work on weekends and early evening, especially during holiday time. Hours are often dictated by store promotion calendars and events. Some physical effort is required, such as unpacking and packing materials, moving and setting up displays, and the majority of the day is spent standing on feet in-store. This position requires up to 50% domestic travel.
