Mixpo is looking for an Account Executive, you will develop business selling Mixpo’s Multiscreen video solution to new publisher/media companies and support revenue growth from Mixpo’s existing world-class client roster. You will work closely with our client services, operations, and marketing teams to support partners’ successful sales of Mixpo’s online video solutions; including collaboratively developing custom ad products, sales training, advertiser packages/presentations, delivering post-campaign analysis and reporting to ensure overall flawless delivery leading to repeat business.

Specific responsibilities include:
Owning client relationships and business/revenue goals with specific publisher/media companies

Deliver overall revenue goals by combination of existing publisher channel partner business growth and new business growth via first time activated partners

Providing strategic and tactical guidance on how best to deploy Mixpo technology in order to achieve advertiser goals

Managing the creation of reporting and insights in order to demonstrate Mixpo value to both Publisher client and their advertisers

Acting as a communications conduit between Publisher client and Mixpo in order to capture service and product needs

Communicate selling needs and industry trends to marketing and product teams

This role requires strong interpersonal skills as well as written and verbal communication abilities. Considerable presentation experience with an emphasis on customer needs analysis along with value proposition positioning is a must. In addition, the ideal candidate has a strong background in the technology and media industries and is familiar with the nuanced selling requirements to national scale clients holding regional & local business units. This individual must have proven success in managing client expectations, meeting deadlines, multi-tasking, and working across functional groups. A passion for client and hence company success is paramount.

Specific job requirements include:
Minimum 3-4 years sales experience in digital advertising, rich media or selling advertising technology solutions to publishers and clients

Bachelor’s Degree required, Marketing or Business degree preferred

Thorough understanding of the digital media ecosystem and sales process

Knowledge of interactive advertising. Rich media/video advertising and/or performance media experience preferred

Experience in forecasting, building revenue projections with working familiarity of Salesforce strongly preferred

Strong entrepreneurial attitude and thought process required

Experience in a start-up or fast paced technology environment desirable
