Social Annex is looking for an exceptionally self-motivated and talented individual to join our sales team fulfilling a key role in our Sales Organization. You have to be the type of person that craves a challenge and enjoys working in a fast paced environment where meeting and exceeding high expectations are a part of the job.
This is an inside sales role and carries an ambitious quota. There is 10% travel required in this position, otherwise it reports onsite at our Marina del Rey, CA office. We are looking for a self-starter who can look challenge in the eye and do what's necessary to get things done. You'll be fed hundreds of opportunities, the tools to get the job done, and the resources required to help at your fingertips.
Prospect, develop, and close new business consistently at or above quota level
Follow up on highly qualified inbound leads at small and mid-sized companies
Perform product demos using web tools to customers and prospective clients
Experience in selling and closing multiple deals per month
Convert a steady flow of qualified leads into orders and organizing your day around managing the pipeline of business
Thoroughly qualify and prioritize each opportunity
Build and negotiate contracts
Effectively close business over the phone
Overachieve because 100% of target doesn't satisfy you
A passion for selling and a pride in it
Experience within a sales team that consistently produces and exceeds their goals
Relevant domain experience in e-commerce, social media, or software as a service (SaaS)
Proven track record as a Top Producer and Closer
Experience working with business owners, marketers, and executives
Experience in a start-up environment a big plus
