Multiple job openings for Account Management Regional Lead position to oversee a team of 5-10 managers in delivering world-class services to merchant partners. Provide coaching and job support to facilitate the professional growth and development of managerial and front-line team members. Oversee team to plan, direct and coordinate the use of merchant services by existing merchant partners. Create selling and monitoring processes to increase merchant adoption of company products. Utilize cross-selling and up-selling activities to promote the utilization of strategic products and services across Groupon’s merchant base. Serve as a consultant to merchant clients in maximizing the return on investment (ROI) in utilizing company services and establishing campaign strategy. Oversee team in the provision of exceptional service to foster merchant loyalty and retention. Participate in strategy and programming with senior management. Liase with department heads in driving cross-functional and cross-organizational changes. Manage the recruiting and hiring process for new Account Managers.
Job Requirements: Master’s in Marketing, Business Administration or related field and four years of experience managing an Account Services or Sales Team. Employer will also accept a Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business Administration or related field and eight years of experience managing an Account Services or Sales Team.
Skill Requirements:Academic and/or Work Experience must include:
utilization of performance metrics in management;
recruiting, building, developing, and coaching a team;
designing and implementing business processes;
analytical and regression modeling;
creating incentive and compensation plans;
developing management strategies for teams of 80+ individuals; and
business presentations to senior leadership.
