We’re part of Grayling – giving us access to more than 70 offices in 40 countries around the world, when needed. We are seeking an Account Manager or Director to join our growing team!

Duties:
Strategic planning, media relations, press releases and pitches, quarterly reports, and budgets.

Act as primary contact to clients, continually fostering client-agency relationship to build trust and become a valuable resource to clients

Manage multiple projects from conception to completion, by anticipating challenges and ensuring deadline and budget adherence

Aid in new business process including idea contribution, research and proposal preparation

Develop PR strategies and execute powerful campaigns

Create and implement PR plans

Lead day-to-day direction of multiple client teams

Skills/Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, English or related field

Has sharp business and PR acumen to quickly determine short and long term priorities for self and junior team members to ensure all client needs are met

7 - 9 years’ experience in PR, in an agency setting

Must be compelling presenters, public speakers and new business contributor

Experienced in managing and working on a diverse range of consumer accounts or a combination of consumer and tech accounts

Strategic, analytical thinker with the initiative to see a program through from start to finish

Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment and juggle multiple assignments and changing priorities

Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision

Proven success managing teams and mentoring junior staff

Extensive client service experience
