SurveyMonkey Audience is a business that was launched in 2011 to provide an on-demand group of millions of respondents that SurveyMonkey customers can access. The SurveyMonkey Audience team has grown to over 30 employees and been an incredibly successful startup within a startup effort. Our customers are the biggest and most recognizable brands, magazines, financial institutions and products in the world. The Role

SurveyMonkey Audience is looking for an Account Manager to join the team to provide sales support to Account Executives and strategic clients alike. The Account Manager will support the sales organization in two ways:

Respond to inbound requests from mid-market clients

Partner with Account Executives to provide exceptional client service to strategic clients in order to help better manage, prioritize, and identify new opportunities for growth.


Foster relationships with pre-existing clients

Provide daily support and project management assistance to the sales team and act as a liaison between internal and external groups to execute on projects

Provide inside sales support for strategic clients

Provide pre- and post- sales support to Account Executives including packaging of sales collateral, troubleshooting client issues / concerns, email / phone support, and product education

Coordinate monthly team building activities

Required qualifications

Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment

Superior ability to prioritize multiple tasks

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Experience in CRM and customer service management a plus

Strong decision-making skills and independent judgment

1 - 2 years of experience in a sales or client services role at a technology / online media company preferred
