AccuData Integrated Marketing, Inc. is actively seeking to add an Account Manager on our Client Services team based in Fort Myers, Florida. The Account Manager serves as the day-to-day tactical support on 1-2 key account(s) by supporting an Account Director(s) in managing clients' direct and digital marketing projects/programs across a matrixed organization working with technology, production, strategy, data and analytic teams. You will support in key account planning and run client processes and/or campaigns, end-to-end, with limited assistance including back-end reporting. You will be responsible for on-time delivery, 100% flawless execution, of clients’ campaign management processes. This will require an eye for detail and disciplined documentation at each step in internal campaign management process. The end result is client satisfaction and retention, and achievement of divisional revenue goals.

Standard Qualifications:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Provide support to assigned Account Director(s)
• Provide day-to-day support to client as required
• Communicate key elements of client projects to technical and non-technical internal resources, set and manage resources against project plans, perform key quality checks, and deliver client projects as scheduled
•Own key elements of client solutions including reporting, client-facing subject matter expert on solution tool set, and other elements as required
• Consistently trouble shoot and proactively solve potential and known client issues
• Draft client-facing materials such as campaign reports, presentation elements and other documents as required
• Support elements of client-facing status reporting, presentations and planning meetings
• Consistently identify and pursue opportunities for enhancing personal involvement and contributions to accounts, team and company
• BA/BS in Marketing, Communications or Technology preferred
• Minimum 3 years work experience in an account services role
• Experience within an Integrated Marketing Agency or Consultancy whose core business is selling and delivering digital marketing (online, email, social media and text) and direct/database driven marketing and analytical solutions
• Client-side DBM experience a plus
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines as scheduled
• Hands on experience with campaign management tools including Unica, SmartFocus and email platforms such as Exact Target is preferred
• Excellent written and oral communications skills
• Strong research, problem solving and project management skills
• Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize work load, multi-task when required, and keen attention to detail
• Entrepreneurial approach to work
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment
