We are seeking a talented, enthusiastic Account Manager who will give our clients both the best internal and external service in the industry. The Account Manager s erves as the direct contact for the client and works with them through all stages of production. Manages and communicates production information, including service orders, and reviews/confirms details with producing branches/depots and outside vendors. Other responsibilities include:
Manage Floor plan/booth layout development, designs/renderings, graphics coordination and organization of archiving process to include all show information for future reference along with invoicing support, graphics and any necessary changes on future events
Prepare show site information for Account Executive, clients and show site supervisors, as requested and may include work ticket books, service order forms, floor plans/layouts, travel information and transportation
Develop, monitor and distribute timelines and schedules
Work closely with account executives on assigned jobs in advance and at show site and function in role of client liaison as required
Travel to show site for the event/project when necessary in cooperation with the Account Executive and Director of Account Management
Set up of the staff office/command post in a manner which will compliment the requirements of the Freeman staff and operation on show site if necessary
Generate the invoice/billing summary/billing draft for the client's review and edit prior to the end of the show. Communicate with all suppliers and cost areas to ensure they are covered in the billing. Draft and finalize invoice for payment after reviewing all job costs
Research specific projects and contact the branch for necessary information, including internet information on clients and services as requested by sales to use in preparing proposals for clients
Now that you know what this position does, do you have the background to do the job?
High School Diploma with three to four (3-4) years of industry related experience and/or training
Ability to work independently on assigned accounts with good organizational and project management skills
Ability to write reports, proposals, business correspondence and procedure manuals
Ability to effectively present information to and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public
Ability to read construction plans, set-up drawings and floor plans
Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent Microsoft office skills (Word, Excel and Power Point)
Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
