The Account Manager-Fire National Accounts is responsible for establishing and retaining strong customer relationships within existing Fire Protection National Accounts clients. This partner will work closely with the National Accounts Managers and Sales Representatives to acquire new business as well as assisting with the retaining of current customers. Will drive execution of key projects and customer satisfaction through the coordination of internal and external communications. Additional duties will include account management and implementation to ensure the customers’ needs are completely understood; web administration, sales support, reviewing pricing, and reviewing contracts.
Minimum of 1 year relationship-based sales experience, required
Minimum of 1 year account management experience, required
High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
Previous Experience (at least intermediate skills) with MS Software: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, required
Fire protection product knowledge, preferred
Previous experience reading and understanding contract language and proposing business contractual terms, preferred.
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time, including overnight travel, required
