The Account Manager is responsible for managing of specific territories within the International Wholesale channel. Responsibilities include managing all daily account functions, including sales and brand growth in order to meet the Tory Burch expansion requirements. This includes day-to-day collaboration with the category management team and internal cross-functional departments to ensure that all objectives are met.
Monitor all accounts to ensure they meet financial and contractual obligations i.e. sales targets, store planning/ business development, marketing spend.
Partner with Director to secure seasonal business plans for each account and monitor monthly flows and OTB.
Partner with Director to achieve appropriate sell-in commitments at each market.
Analyze seasonal selling opportunities and ensure account re-orders.
Collaborate with category management to identify and maximize growth opportunities.
Complete understanding of customer base, competition, pricing, and other market variables of business to drive the business performance.
Process creation and improvement related to account management.
Sales Analysis and Reporting
Achieve/Exceed wholesale and retail sales and profit objectives.
Partner with Director on business analysis: reporting of sales trends, sell thru, volume drivers, inventory management and strategize growth opportunities, identify risks to business.
Analyze/benchmark to pull out themes and create plans for business growth.
Create performance and market hindsight based on analysis.
Develop and manage annual and seasonal OTB.
Assist management in evaluating new store locations that combine the objectives of thebusiness while establishing elevated brand positioning in the market.
Coordination with Marketing and Visual
Communicate with international accounts and in-house departments to ensure that all aspects of the brand are met.
Communicate, collaborate, strategize, and implement sales and brand initiatives with counterparts in other cross functional teams including visual design/ merchandising, marketing/ PR teams.

Manage development of the International Account Associate.

EDUCATION, PRIOR EXPERIENCE NEEDED
Bachelors degree or equivalent in a related field of study
5+ years of brand management experience
Or 5+ years of retail buying experience
Strategic brand building
Manage multiple categories
Track sales numbers and identify themes
Financial acumen (manage budget and P&L)
Ability to collaborate across functions
Market expertise (i.e. macro-economics and market specific knowledge)
Ability to get up-to-speed quickly and work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to manage the total business with accounts
