What you ’ll be doing: Supporting AI ’s growth by providing support to Sales, Client Services and Executives: execution of Insertion Orders, Campaign Assets, and Reports. Assist Client Services in planning, developing and managing of client projects – typically several at once specifically within the Email Vertical. Determining a project ’s schedule, scope and budget, and directing appropriate team members in fulfilling the specifications to meet client and company objectives.

Managing and exceeding Sales and Client Services expectations by communicating at every step of a project – planning, development, execution and delivery. Determining short and long-term resource requirements, building and managing teams and designating responsibilities among each team member to ensure a smooth workflow and on-time delivery of client projects. What you ’ll also be responsible for: Participating in new business development efforts. Developing and delivering product-based solutions to clients to further the understanding, integration and value of data in their planning and marketing initiatives. Adding value to the client relationship by delivering solutions that assist with proper report generation, data interpretation, and recognition of opportunities through product tools. Good so far?

Great! Your Must-Haves: BA/BS Degree (Business or Marketing preferred). At least 1 year of lead generation or digital advertising experience. Experience in the following verticals: CPG, Pharmaceutical, Education, Telecom, and Direct Brands.

A pro-active, self-starter attitude. Excellent written and verbal skills. Inventive thinking that solves problems and resolves issues. Strong knowledge of Power Point and Excel.
