Job Description The Account Managers are our driving force. They consult with candidates interested in breaking into the energy efficiency, renewable energy technology industries and are motivated by matching clients existing skills with the training needed for success in America's sustainable workforce.

Principal Responsibilities:
- Identify business opportunities with key players in the clean-tech industries
- Develop customized educational packages based on client's needs
-Manage sales & support inquiries about our course benefits and offerings

Qualifications Skills Required: B2B Sales, Inside Sales Account Manager, Education Sales, Event Sales, Cold-Calling, Outside Sales, Business Development, Client Retention, Networking

- Minimum of 2 years sales experience
- Confident communicator and active listener
- Ability to network to create new business opportunities and develop rapport with targeted companies
- Strong ability to persuade and sell via phone
- Excellent communication (both written and oral) skills
- Passion for education, job creation, human resources and clean-technologies
- Great time-management and organizational skills
- Upbeat personality - not easily discouraged
