The Role

Humedica is seeking a highly talented and motivated individual to fulfill on newly developed market opportunities within the Corporate Development function of the business. The Project Manager is a key member of the Humedica Team, responsible for driving the value delivered to our clients and strategic partners through a consultative approach. A successful Project Manager will understand all projects’ objectives and scope requirements and effectively communicate across internal and external constituents to ensure deliverables are met in a timely and efficient fashion.

  • Develop and refine processes to effectively manage new data services and project work
  • Establish and communicate timelines to all impacted parties
  • Manage and maintain internal project tracking systems and prepare updates for external communications on a regular basis
  • Facilitate cross-functional communication across teams to ensure adequate and successful delivery of project specifications
  • Interface with partners, providers and clients, fostering strong relationships to optimize success and opportunities for continued growth
  • Initiate data queries and gather information to support proposal development
  • Help prepare sales and marketing materials including presentations for external meetings
  • Perform market research and competitive intelligence to inform new business opportunities
  • Develop proficiencies with Humedica software applications to demonstrate functionality and capabilities as needed


The ideal candidate will have:
  • 4-6 years of project management and client interaction experience; Health care experience highly desirable
  • Highly-organized, detail-oriented and competent at project management
  • Experience in managing or interfacing with clients/customers
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Word
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities and deadline
