Job Description MMB is looking for a Direct/ CRM Account Supervisor with 6-10 years Agency experience. We are seeking an individual who is able to lead and manage mid level clients on a high profile account. MMB provides the benefits of big agency clients, in a mid-sized agency environment.

The ideal candidate has a strong direct marketing/ CRM background in integrated multi-channel campaign (direct mail / email) development and execution.

Candidates must have solid understanding leveraging customer database for overall marketing program, channel, frequency, audience, contact and offer strategies; ROI analysis and reporting.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Exhibit solid understanding of key clients CRM/ eCRM programs as well as information including general business strategy, industry issues, products and services offered, key customers and competitors
  • Manage integrated team and multiple outside partners
  • Develop campaign strategies and own all day-to-day functions thru to program execution
  • Provide leadership, expert knowledge, & identify/facilitate third-party alliances specifically CRM database, direct mail print production vendors, etc
  • Think customer experience first with eye towards continual program evolution based on measureable insights
  • Understand and feel comfortable with data, technology and customer marketing database principles executed in both traditional offline and online / digital environments
  • Master process and navigate the agency to shepherd a project to completion

Qualifications Requirements:
  • Minimum 6 - 10 years of consulting and/or client facing agency experience
  • Minimum 5 years of CRM and integrated marketing experience
  • Working knowledge and familiarity of execution and production processes
  • Familiarity and experience with campaign management tools, marketing databases and web analytics tools
  • Proven ability to quickly assimilate into a client organization and produce value
  • Able to effectively manage a small team to deliver on-time results
  • Retail/ Automotive/ QSR experience preferred
  • Four-year degree is required
