Job Summary:
We are looking for an Account Training Assistant in our
New York office. Responsibilites will include supporting
the daily functions of the Account Training Managers and
assisting in building client impact at retail through
assessment and strategy.

Experience Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of retail, wholesale or branded apparel
  • BA/BS Degree or Fashion/Merchandising Degree
  • Previous work as a retail coordinator, preferred
Knowledge, Skill and Ability Requirements
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Visual Merchandising Talent and Top Level Merchandise
Coordinator expertise
  • Computer skills including: word, excel, powerpoint,
internet, email, the ability to master our field visit
report/photo reporting system and utilize Digital
  • Professional and influential demeanor with senior and
middle management at retail and clients
  • Strong independent work ethic and business acumen
  • Ability to adjust to change regularly and be motivated
by working with a variety of brands, categories and
  • Must be exceptionally organized and a master at time
Problem Solving and Decision Making
  • Must be solution-oriented, with the ability to turn
challenges into opportunities at Retail and coach
Merchandise Coordinators (MC) to do the same via strong
relationships with Visual, Store and Department
  • Must be willing to do whatever it takes to get the job
  • Focus on Key Client (s) and be Fluent on all WINSTON
  • Operate as the support system for Account Training
Managers and the Account Training Operations Manager as
it relates to visual merchandising guidelines,
direction, and training
