Job Summary:
We are looking for an Account Training Manager to be
based in our San Francisco office overseeing the
development and execution of the field team within one
or more of Winston's brand/clients. This individual
needs to be able to adjust to change regularly and be
motivated by working with a variety of brands,
categories and retailers. Interest in the apparel
industry and visual merchandising for all brands
including athletic and fashion will help you succeed. We
are an energetic group working in an extremely team
oriented, fast paced environment.

Experience Requirements:
  • 5--7 years of retail, wholesale or branded apparel
  • BA/BS Degree or Fashion/Merchandising Degree
  • Previous work as a retail coordinator, preferred
  • Management experience in business or retail
  • Regional at an apparel company, preferred
Knowledge, Skill and Ability Requirements:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent and proven training skills, coaching skills
and presentation skills
  • People Management, Development and Assessment
resulting in a strong team
  • Visual Merchandising Talent and Top Level Merchandise
Coordinator expertise
  • Computer skills including: word, excel, powerpoint,
internet, email, the ability to master our field visit
report/photo reporting system and utilize Digital
  • Professional and influential demeanor with senior and
middle management at retail and clients
  • Effective negotiating skills and Effective
interviewing skills (recruiting/hiring a plus)
  • Strong independent work ethic and business acumen
  • Ability to adjust to change regularly and be motivated
by working with a variety of brands, categories and
  • Must be exceptionally organized and a master at Time

Problem Solving and Decision Making:
  • Must be solution-oriented, with the ability to turn
challenges into opportunities at Retail and coach
Merchandise Coordinators (MC) to do the same via strong
relationships with Visual, Store and Department
  • Must be willing to do whatever it takes to get the job
  • Focus on Key Client (s) and be Fluent on all WINSTON
  • Operate as the first line of contact to the Field
Training Managers as it relates to Image visual
merchandising guidelines, direction, and training
  • Partner with Field Training Managers (FTM) in their
development of Image standards so they can better
support their teams
  • Support Field Training Associates (FTA) development on
respective brands in conjunction with the Field Training
  • Ensure consistency in training and development
strategizes within field training management team
  • Evaluate team visit reports/photos to ensure on floor
results are visualized and communicated to our clients
