Dibert Valve and Fitting Co., Inc. is a fast-paced, value driven organization looking for a self-motivated, innovative Accountant/HR Manager who thrives within a team environment.

Position Objective
The Accountant/HR Manager prepares, maintains, and monitors business transactions, ledgers, and reporting systems to ensure compliance with appropriate GAAP standards and corporate, state and federal regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain Accounts Payable/receivable and expense control procedures
  • Ensure proper allocation of payments, deposits, disbursements, invoices, and commissions
  • Maintain and analyze financial information and report in an accurate and timely manner
  • Responsible for month end closing, quarterly commission statement, and financial reporting activity
  • Process semi-monthly payroll and quarterly commission payroll
  • Manage operational contracts (office equipment, maintenance, property and auto insurance, etc.)
  • Manage company 401(k) plan and ensure compliance with corporate and federal requirements
  • Maintain fixed asset records
  • Manage organizational cash flow
  • Monitor and reconcile corporate credit card accounts
  • Work with management to establish and monitor annual expense budget
  • Establish and maintain personnel files (I-9’s, W-4’s, etc.)
  • Work with insurance broker to evaluate and procure health and dental insurance coverage
  • Set up and maintain customer credit terms
  • Review and maintain customer’s specialized information requests (insurance certificates, OSHA compliance, etc.)

Position Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 3yrs accounting experience
Skills: Organized, analytical, detail-oriented, results focused, innovative
Education: Bachelors degree, preferably in accounting or business administration
Computer Skills: Microsoft Office Suite, Quickbooks
