York International Agency is a leading Westchester based independent insurance agency. We are looking for an junior level accounting person / office administrator to perform the following:
Accounting Duties include:
Payment to all insurance companies
Accounts receivable and collection from clients
Reconcilliation to ensure that all payments received from clients are paid timely to insurance companies
Office Administation Duties include:
Answer phones/Greet Visitors
Distribute mail/faxes
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Word--Required
Must live within 20 miles of Harrison, NY
Excellent written and communitcation skills

Will train insurance accounting

Accounting or finance degree from a 4 year college--Required - Applicants without Bachelor's degree will NOT be considered and need not aply
