Accounting / Payroll Administrator

Responsibilities for this position include: Keying of all payroll related items for assigned location(s), processing of weekly payroll, generating payroll checks, follow-up on past-due accounts, processing personnel changes, processing timely reports, A/R collections, bank reconciliations, payroll returns, 401K reporting, etc.
The ideal candidate should have a High School Diploma and a minimum of one year related experience. A related Associates Degree and previous payroll or accounting experience is strongly preferred. Must have good computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word.
