Property Care -- Guest Relations

More than 1 position is being filled. Full-time and part-time positions available.

Key responsibilities:

--- Providing property management services for vacation homes: attentive service for managed properties and for guests in residence, communicating with and resolving issues for guests and homeowners

---Ensuring guest satisfaction by promptly addressing guest questions or needs, including in-person house visits to properties for customer care

---Preparation of homes prior to guest arrival; inspecting homes upon departure; quality assurance after homes are cleaned by housekeepers

---Tracking and resolving maintenance issues, coordinating repairs with vendors and team members, ensuring timely and high quality completion

---Interacting with housekeeping team to maintain high standards

Work schedule includes combination of weekdays, weeknights as well as most weekends and holidays. Not a desk job -- 90% of time is spent at properties in the greater Palm Springs area, minimal office time.

More than 1 position is being filled, including part-time and full-time hires. Among these hires, seeking individual who is particularly skilled at and will spend some portion of his/her time on maintenance items and repairs.

Total annual compensation range $30,000-35,000 (including salary and bonuses) plus 401k plan with generous company match, paid vacation + health benefit.

---General familiarity with light household maintenance and repairs
