The accounting representative associate shall be responsible for the ongoing support of the checkwrite process, including but not limited to: processing checkwrites, summarizing to appropriate supporting schedules, processing and tracking void and refund checks, and month end reporting.
Associates degree in Business Administration/Accounting preferred. Equivalent education and experience considered.
Two (2) years business office experience in financial setting; bookkeeping experience required.
Proficiency in spreadsheets required; PC and Windows skills and Microsoft Word preferred.
Ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal form with all internal and external customers in a professional and effective manner.
Effective organization and time management skills.
Excellent problem solving skills requiring a high degree of accuracy.
Ability to work nights and weekends when required.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Ability to assume responsibility and maintain confidentiality.
Understands the importance of maintaining the physical and technical security and privacy of protected health information (PHI).
