The Government Compliance/AP/Payroll group at Raytheon BBN is seeking a part-time intern to assist with the following:
' General Ledger Account Reconciliations
' Ensuring compliance with the Raytheon Record Retention policy, as well as related local process and procedures.
' Conducting account reviews of the general ledger, as well as specific project cost reviews to ensure financial policies and procedures are being followed.
' Preparation of subcontractors' final closeout packages by providing supporting documentation in a timely manner.
' Accounts Payable and Travel & Expense document retrieval.
' Government Property Inventory analysis.
' Monitoring AP e-mail traffic for issues.
' General copying/filing/scanning/record keeping
Will report to the Manager of Government Compliance
' Ability to work part-time (up to 20 hours per week) during the school year.
' Undergraduate student (preferably a junior or senior) majoring in Accounting or Finance
' Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Tools : MSExcel and MSWord.
' Knowledge of SAP Financials is a plus.
