Position Title: Accounts Receivable/Analyst Assistant - Eurofins Central Labs Location: Chantilly, VA General Purpose of the Job: Ensure timely preparation and collection of accurate client invoices to meet contractual terms. Maintain a level of DSO that complies with Group benchmarks. Primary Responsibilities: Prepares all month-end client billing in coordination with Project Managers, Finance and BD team. Maintains point-of-contact records of all studies. Processes all invoices/data files for partner labs, courier and kit packing for upload/manual entry into proprietary invoicing system. Reviews all files for accuracy, and completeness. Investigates any incomplete data. Ensures completeness of client billing by comparing effective activity counts, billed amounts and project budgets. Reviews all incoming vendor invoices for proper account coding, and pass-through to clients. Provide prompt, courteous service to all external clients. Contacts clients, by phone or email, regarding outstanding invoices to secure timely payments. Resolves any client account discrepancies by reviewing contract, historical information and internal invoicing process. Works with corporate Accounts Receivable team to ensure proper allocation of incoming payments. Performs data mining and analytical work on uninvoiced revenue to preserve revenue streams. Works to compile complete data records for all new and ongoing projects to include direct and indirect services. Maintains a listing of all client projects, and Assists Project Managers with budget reconciliations, concentrating on correct and complete billing procedures. Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential. Job Requirements: Demonstrated numeracy and analytical skills: able to rapidly collect, organize, analyze and present data from different sources, make conclusions and recommendations on findings and takes actions to resolve gaps. Proficient with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Power Point). Demonstrate strong presentation skills, team work, planning and organizing skills. Excellent communication skills: written and verbal. Must be fully fluent in English. Knowledge of additional languages is beneficial but not required. High level of professionalism needed to maintain client relationships. Preferred Experience: Minimum one year Finance experience, or in a related function. Experience working with clients. Education: Associate degree in Accounting or Finance, Bachelor preferred.
