Position Summary:
Partners with Account Executives for the renewal and ongoing service of all assigned employer groups.

Primary Job Duties:
Develop and maintain a working partnership with assigned Account Executive(s) and clients in their Book of Business, assisting Account Executive, partnering with Account Executives to achieve membership goals. Responsible to apply actions that are aligned strategically, business writing, problem solving ability and interpersonal skills to assist multiple Account Executives in pursuit of business outcomes.

Responds to inquiries from groups in the absence of the Account Executive, handling questions which may pertain to: o Benefit questions about any of the plans to help groups make a decision. o Necessary follow-up for group requests to ensure questions are answered and issues resolved. Make occasional account visits, including acting representative in the absence of the Account Executive. Responsibilities would include enrollment meetings, Q&A meetings etc. Reviews needs of assigned groups and determines appropriate outcomes for additional product offerings, implementation requirements, and other account management functions. Preparation, support and management of proposals and presentation to client base as required.

Perform various account management tasks which may include: processing group terminations; requesting group pre-sale and post sale material from internal or external resources for delivery to groups, facilitating the implementation of on line services for groups and brokers, monitoring tasks in the Account Management system to complete follow-up necessary with groups, brokers, other depts. to get task resolved and closing renewal sales opportunities.

Assisting Account Executive in facilitating group implementation process from point of sale to group set up for groups.Participate in corporate and business unit initiatives.

Assist in multiple pre & post enrollment meetings with client and members. Bi-lingual team member responsible for travel and presentations as needed.

Lead Account Management Associate for escalated complex issue resolution.

Performs other duties as needed.

Proficiency in Spanish preferred

Required Experience

Preferred Education:
Bachelors Degree (N/A)

Preferred Experience:
3-5 years TPA experience.

Working Conditions:
Must be able to accommodate regional/national travel (auto or air)

Must be able to work in an office environment

Manual Dexterity Req: Eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to effectively use a computer with all its components for prolonged periods of time and for the majority of required tasks
