The successful Acquisition Account Executive will be responsible for winning new business at targeted accounts in Lenovo's Enterprise space in the Houston and surrounding areas. This is an acquisition role and a hunter’s passion and drive are absolutely essential.
We are seeking individuals with a proven track record of engagement at the CXO level who can articulate Lenovo's strategy from the initial contact to the successful closing of a deal.
Additionally, the successful candidate will possess a strong business acumen and the ability to develop a robust and effective plan for territory development, deeply engage in RFP responses, develop and articulate complex pricing strategies, and succeed at selling all of our lines of business.
With regards to customer engagement we are looking for someone who can communicate our superior total cost of ownership, industry trends, and critical success factors for an effective rollout – in essence, a superior consultative salesperson.
The region will ideally be based in the Houston area but will include equal emphasis in Austin, San Antonio & New Orleans.
- 5-7 year proven track record in strategic selling to Large Enterprise Accounts in a high tech industry required.
- PC industry experience preferred.
- Successful track record selling to C level executives
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
- Ability to manage multiple complex sales engagements
- Strong financial acumen
