Integrity has several ongoing needs for Junior, Mid-level, and Sr. level acquisition analysts with experience supporting various Federal agencies. A successful candidate will provide demonstrated acquisition experience in one or more specialized areas (e.g., program management, procurement, source selection, systems engineering, contract management). Must be familiar with the aspects of procurement life cycle activities (pre-award, award, post award). Provides support services including all aspects of both pre-award functions, including market research, providing business advice to customers, preparing solicitation and award packages including all related contractual documents, and post-award administration in support of the client.

Key responsibilities include:
Requirements development, market research, acquisition planning, cost estimating, price analysis, technical evaluation criteria, contract management and administration.

Drafting moderate to complex requirement documents such as Statements of Work (SOW), Performance Work Statements (PWS), and Statements of Objectives (SOO), and assisting in the development and review of solicitation documents.

May be required to support the preparation, organization, and maintenance of contract records and files documenting contract performance and compliance.

Requisite Skills:
BA/BS degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.

Exposure to finance, procurement, acquisition, purchasing or operations business processes.

Experience involving acquisition and procurement or program management.

Experience with a government agency or major consulting firm is preferred.

Federal Acquisition Certification in Contracting FAC (C) Level III or DAWIA Level III Contracting Certification or equivalent preferred.
