Activities and Dining Agents have the ability to take a guest’s Keystone vacation and make it an extraordinary experience that they’ll never forget. This is a great opportunity for those people looking to provide our guests with their own unique and perfect vacation. Have a guest looking for an action packed experience? These attendants can help book an exciting snowmobile trip or awe-inspiring cat skiing trip in untouched terrain. Seeking a romantic dinner for two? Our Activities and Dining Attendants will recommend and reserve a mountain top restaurant with views the couple will remember forever. In this role you’ll get the opportunity to interact numerous areas of the resort – giving you the exposure and knowledge to determine where you want to take the next steps in your career with Vail Resorts.
Essential Job Functions:
Will work in call center and at various check in/information desks. Make dining and activity reservations within the resort and by contacting outside activity vendors. Supply guests and employees with requested information about dining, activities and events in Keystone and Summit County area. Sell tickets and check in guests for various resort activities.
Previous guest service experience.
Must be able to work any day of the week (including holidays) during hours of operation from 7:00am-9:00pm.
Basic computer proficiency including MS Office.
Clear verbal and written communication is a must.
We are also looking for candidates that have previous cash handling experience, a professional and positive attitude, and the ability to engage with co-workers and guests of all ages. Having Keystone/Summit County knowledge is a plus. We are also looking for people that have a well groomed appearance suitable for constant guest interaction.
Compensation starts at $10.44/hour
