What are the job responsibilities?
This position will assist the Actuarial Assumptions team with:
Who is our ideal candidate?
- Completing monthly and quarterly reporting.
- Collecting and reconciling data used in policyholder experience studies.
- Updating and documenting experience processes.
- Data manipulation and analyses
- Responding to ad-hoc requests
- Participating on various projects.
What else can we tell you?
- University Student majoring in math, economics, statistics, finance or actuarial science, with a minor in computer science.
- A self starter, dependable, and the ability to understand and use database languages quickly.
- Ability to work a minimum of 16 hours per week
- Strong computer skills including SQL, Access, Excel, and Word
- Teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Solid organizational skills and detail oriented
- Excellent analytic and problem solving skills
- Strong communication skills
