Responsibilities:
What will you do as a Regional Accounts Director?
Perform all prospecting, sales and customer service activities with major accounts within the region to increase gross margin dollars.
Introduce Adecco and its products to prospects with the goal of developing them into clients with formal, exclusive agreements with Adecco.
Maintain and develop major accounts by use of sales calls, strategic sales methods, and formal presentations/proposals with the major focus on potential on-site Adecco Alliance accounts.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Prospect regional territory to develop a comprehensive target list of potential major accounts.
Call on prospective major account customers, with focus on potential on-site Adecco
Alliance accounts, to introduce Adecco’s products and services with the goal of developing prospects into clients.
Increase sales of services by becoming aware of customers’ requirements.
Recommend resolution of potential and actual staffing problems.
May modify Adecco’s current services to meet the special needs of major accounts and individual customer needs.
Develop presentation materials and written proposals on MSWord or PowerPoint.
Coordinate sales negotiations with Branch or division.
Coordinate schedule to call clients’ that correspond with the clients’ calendar.
Forecast anticipated sales for regional management planning.
Work with Adecco personnel and clients to resolve billing and service issues.
Tour client facilities regularly to gain an understanding of business activities and personnel requirements of the client.
Maintain records of all client sales activities and follow-up requirements by utilizing Adecco office technology
Assist in the development and maintenance of Adecco name awareness through advertising and public relations activities, such as; direct mail and promotional programs, job fairs and as a member of civic organizations.

Qualifications:
What would prepare you for success on our team?
Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience plus three years as an Adecco
Account Executive or 7 years outside sales experience required. Sales within a personnel service organization preferable.
Working knowledge of labor and employment laws.
Excellent oral/written communication, presentation and negotiation skills required. Proficient in MS Office and Windows.
