Individuals appointed will teach a BFA Kaledo I class. The CAD class covers material from creating fabric & pattern designs using Kaledo Print, Weave and Knit modules with accompanying color combinations to filling digital fabric designs into original digital silhouettes within the context of creating a mini collection.

Candidates must have a working knowledge of Lectra’s proprietary textile software Kaledo is necessary.

Instructors are required to assess student performance and submit grades within the academic timetable.

Requirements:
Candidates are required to have a minimum of an Associate Degree in Fashion Design. In addition, the applicant must possess a minimum of six years working experience as a fashion designer and/or CAD designer in the Fashion Industry (some experience working as a fashion designer is preferred). Basic computer literacy is required. Prior teaching at the college level is preferred.
