Be responsible to the concerns and individual needs of each child.
Facilitate children's successful completion of tasks by providing support, focused attention, physical proximity, and encouragement and serve as a positive role model.
Document developmental levels and progress of children, adapt curriculum to individual needs based on normative information that is age, gender and culturally appropriate.
Take primary responsibility for establishing and maintaining frequent contact with Lead Instructor and Program Coordinator. Attend staff meetings whenever possible.
Cooperate with supervisor, staff, parents and concerned community members to conserve, advocate and improve the overall quality of the program.
Other tasks may be assigned based on contemporary institutional need .

Start Date: August 2013.
- Associate’s degree in early childhood education or related field.
