Primary Objectives of the Administrative Assistant
Be skilled in handling difficult situations with professionalism. Maintain business-like attitude and extend courtesy to our internal and external customers. Answer questions and/or concerns from students and instructors with little to no assistance. Be able to communicate with students attending training at Bellevue center to help with customer feedback and instructor assistance Be able to professionally communicate with customers; answer questions about our company and Direct calls to the correct employee/ department Assist in the completion of the training and testing coordination. Personal ongoing development. Classroom and Conference Room coordination for meetings and training sessions services Ensure that classrooms are clean and well supplied with instructor/student materials, the room temperature is comfortable, and that classroom computers are working properly. Coordinate and confirm food and supplies for catering. The individual will prepare continental breakfast and afternoon snack and may be required to plan and arrange catered lunches for classes. Keep front lobby area stocked with fresh coffee and condiments, cold beverages, and snacks. Submit purchase and expense reports for approval. Assist with administrative and clerical needs. Assist with training coordination needs; class rosters, print course completion certificates, evaluations, courseware, material management Coordinate with the other training locations regarding class rosters, courseware, and supplies. Facilitating test preparation, including arranging, scheduling, and administering exams. Observation of test participants while adhering to the rules of conduct of the test center.
Qualifications and Education Requirements

Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment Effective oral and written communication skills Ability to work with various departments and foster teamwork Skills in database management and record keeping Ability to travel supporting the Training/Sales Department while maintaining a flexible work schedule Excellent organizational skills Must be able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner Gather and analyze information skillfully Demonstrate resourcefulness and initiative in dealing with daily assumptions Must be available to travel to local and out of state sites to proctor clients Should be a subject matter expert in troubleshooting testing system
Obtain some technical training and be able to assist technical team
