Administrative Assistant – Contracts & Pricing

Work hours: M-F, 8-5

Tasks may include:

· Administrative tasks

· Mailbox support – answering inquiries

· MS Office skills including Outlook & Excel

· Some Lotus Notes – helpful

· Contract negotiation and support

· Reporting

· Analysis

· Self-motivator

· Attention to detail is a must – will be working with contract documentation and organizing information

· Data entry

· Distribution of fax and emails

· Collection of new contract agreements

· Process orders, answer questions on products and/or services

· Research orders and other actions to resolve problems

· Professional phone manner & the ability to work independently

· Other duties may be assigned
