AMERICAN SYSTEMS is anticipating continued growth in our
Lorton program. Over the past 3 years this program has grown from 10
full time employees to over 90 FTEs!
Administrative Assistants will assist our Program Manager,
Federal Customer(s), Deputy Program Manager, Quality Assurance
Officer, and Assistant Facility Security Officer(s) with daily
operation of a facility for an integrated government and contractor
An active Top Secret clearance
is required for consideration.
Assists with filing
documentation to include but not limited to case notes, reports, and
other documentation to provide support services to the government as
needed. Assists the AFSO
by maintaining visitor and other security policies and procedures in
Assists PM and Customer with administrative skills associated
with project office or operational support functions including
development of correspondence; coordination and scheduling of
meetings, training sessions and conferences; and oversight of daily
office operations. This

compliance with the NISPOM and associated corporate and government
