Clerical support for nursing leaders. Provides assistance in timekeeping, performance improvement, data collection and management, scheduling meetings and appointments, attending meetings and preparing meeting minutes, organizing and preparing evaluation and new hire documents/packets, ordering supplies, copies and distributes information to nursing departments as needed, prepares memorandums, reports, and correspondence, as needed. Demonstrates willingness and flexibility assume additional duties as appropriate.
High school graduate with other formal education preferred
Previous experience with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Powerpoint required. Previous office experience required.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and/or Other Attributes:
Demonstrated time management skills and effective communication skills. Demonstrated ability to type, file, use fax machine, copy machine and other general office skills.
