Overall description

Drive efficiency in the support of the US Manufacturer practice by identifying and implementing efficiency measures via improvements to current processes, implementation of new processes, identifying and implementing automation initiatives for administrative tasks related to supporting our client leaders in the client education, usage and tracking of the Shop & Shelf Review

Developing auditing and cleansing procedures and routines (partnering with DSG) on client Shop Groups (i.e cleaning out old groups not being used that are impacting the ‘usability’ of the shop.)

Insights Project entry - Admin regularly (weekly) check each of the 6 anchor trackers, filter on briefed-out projects, enter those fields into dh1view, then populate the project code into team-level tracker


Auditing – ensure projects in dh1view are current and active – deactivate projects not signed in 2 months

  • Collaborate with business partners to implement solutions accurately and on-time that generate results strategies
  • Support broader client team on an ad hoc basis to meet external and internal business needs
  • Develop client engagement skills that will enable this role to assume direct client engagement responsibility
Key skills and knowledge required to be able to perform this role:

  • Ability to understand data and leverage insights to generate strategies

  • Experience in driving efficiency

Specific Requirements:
0-3 years supporting client teams or experience engaging with clients in the support of analytic tools

Syndicated data experience preferred

Project management certification preferred

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing or similar field
