Position: Administration Associate-PT
Location: Fort Washington, PA
Department: Capture
Schedule: Hours will vary

Position Summary
Administration Associates perform general mail, imaging, data entry and business processes that support our client' s business needs. Each of these processes is documented in Standard Operating Procedures. The procedures should be followed and any deviation needs to be brought to the attention of a Supervisor

Essential Duties/Functions
  • Handle incoming mail according to specific business unit procedures using appropriate forms to accurately identify mail and document types
  • Follow procedures to identify missing pages/documents that are expected to be part of package type that is being processed.
  • Operate scanning equipment effectively. Document jams and mis-feeds must be recovered carefully to ensure an image is captured for each document that is processed by the machine.
  • Data enter correct information from image into application fields as required by procedures. Route images to queues depending on what data is included on the images or what the client' s customers are requesting.
  • Storage Box contents must accurately be recorded. Mistakes are difficult and sometimes impossible to rectify.
  • Follow clean desk policies so work is not left unprocessed or in an area it does not belong.
  • Assists with training new staff as needed.
  • Models the company's values of Client First, Accountability and Over Communicate.
