Job Title:
Administrative/Document Control Clerk

Location:
Bensalem, PA

Hours:
M-F 7am to 3:30pm. Hours are somewhat flexible. This is a full time position.

: This is a long term permanent career opportunity for the right candidate.

Job Description

: Candidate will be responsible for document control, making sure there is a hard and soft copy on file for all documentation. Will be responsible for filing, answering telephones and sending out FedEx packages. Will also be responsible for gathering time sheets and making sure all payroll is submitted in a timely manner and coded correctly in the database. Some invoicing will be required as needed (company willing to train). Will also be entering delivery tickets for materials into Excel.

Requirements:
Candidate must have previous administrative experience in the construction industry. Ideal candidate will be proactive and posess excellent communication skills as well as the ability to multitask. Must have good computer skills with intermediate knowledge of MS Office. Must have reliable transportation. Must be able to work full time. Drug screening and background check also required.
