Job Description
•Prepare and/or draft affidavits, motions, and all other documents relevant to the foreclosure actions under my purview as needed and with expedience.
•Be actively communicative with and responsive to the client, BANK X, Inc. via answering Vendorscape messages, emails and phone calls from the client in a timely manner.
•Be communicative with and responsive to contacts of the following groups and entities via email and phone on an ongoing and as needed basis:
•Process Server: Alstate Process Service Inc.
•Recorded Document Procurer: AllCounty Legal Support, Inc.
•Borrowers and Borrowers' Attorneys
•Court/County Clerks
•Real Property Tax Lien Servicers: primarily Xspand
•Subordinate Lienors and/or Parties in or with interest in our actions
•Complete and reforecast Production Tasks in Vendorscape and Current Steps in Caseaware in a timely manner-and one reflective of true case, task and step status.
•Complete tasks and/or provide updates on my cases/tasks as specifically requested by my direct manager and/or attorneys and other colleagues, as needed.
•Utilize eLaw, eCourts, the NY State Banking Department website, the NY Automated City Register Information System (ACRIS) and Venture to obtain and verify information as needed.
•Track and take responsibility for possession of the following billing-related items:
•Title Company invoices
•Alstate Process Service Inc. and AllCounty Legal Support, Inc. invoices
•Check stubs from all court filings and referee payments made
•Costs of all mailings to borrowers and parties with interest

On a monthly or weekly basis:
•Provide my manager with a monthly case report consistent of brief descriptions of status for all of my cases.
•Provide my manager with a bi-monthly report consistent of a list of all documents I have requested and not yet received from BANK X, Inc. for files with Fannie Mae (FNMA) as investor.
•Escalate on a monthly basis, per the BANK X, Inc. escalation matrix, all requests/orders made for executed documents from BANK X, Inc. that have not been provided within the standard timeline of forty-five days.
•Escalate on a bi-weekly basis, per the BANK X, Inc. escalation matrix, all requests made of BANK X, Inc. for information, documents, or actions to be taken necessary to our firm's ability to proceed with foreclosure actions under my purview.

Who we are looking for
•Associate's degree or higher. Bachelor's degree preferred.
•Must have at least 2-3 years working experience as a paralegal in a very busy and fast-paced environment; display flexibility; be resourceful, efficient and proactive; experience working in a high-technology company, a plus
•Must have the ability to provide high-level executive support while be able to interact in a team environment with staff at all levels.
