This entry-level role in the Charlotte, NC office of a global Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) consultancy is accountable for a broad range of duties including office support and market research. This is a full time position with excellent benefits. Role provides customer-focused administrative support to the Southeast Hub Team, clients and vendors, assists with developing client proposals and researches emerging markets and our competitive position in those markets.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Administrative accountabilities include:
  • Facility operations including maintaining office supply and equipment inventory, managing leased computer equipment, processing vendor and subcontractor invoices, and coordinating onboarding of new hires
  • Project support including data/word processing tasks, report and document editing, finalizing and shipping reports as needed and client invoicing

Marketing accountabilities include:
  • Formatting and finalizing consulting proposals to existing and potential clients
  • Conducting client-focused market research as directed by Hub Leader
  • Performing regional competitive market analysis

Other duties as assigned

  • Background in marketing / business a plus
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
  • Database management
  • Basic accounting skills a plus
