Ability to observe monitor, collect, and record fiscal data.

Accountable for accuracy of entries and reconciliation of data and information. Ability to maintain routine financial accounting data, following standardized methods and procedures.
Duties performed may include preparation of documents and reports, the use of office technology, compiling records, organizing and maintaining files, ordering office supplies, mail distribution, and communicating routine and general information to staff and/or public about standard services, processes, and procedures using prescribed or established guidelines.
Confidentiality is a must. Accounting experience preferred but will train the right candidate.
Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalency and one year of experience in accounting/administrative work preferred; or demonstrated possession of the competencies necessary to perform the work.
