Brasfield & Gorrie has an exciting opportunity for an Administrative Assistant/P6 administrator in our Birmingham office. Responsibilities for this position include:
Provide administrative support for the Scheduling Department / Manager
Setup Travel Arrangements
Prepare Expense Reports
Prepare Time reports - Weekly and Monthly
Prepare report of Monthly IT charges
Schedule & Organize Dept Meetings/Events
Update and Distribute Monthly Capacity chart
Update & Manage the Scheduling Dept Connect Site
Support the Development & Distribution of the dept newsletter
In addition, this position serves as the P6 Administrator for the company
Setup and Train New Users
Account Management
Setup New Jobs
Primary contact for Tech Support
Database Management & Maintenance
Run & Prepare Monthly Fuse reports
Education - Skills - Knowledge - Qualifications & Experience:
5 years of administrative experience
1 year experience with P6 software preferred
Experience with a construction company is preferred
Excellent computer skills
Excellent customer service
Microsoft Word and Excel experience
Must have good verbal and written communication skills
