Highly reputable national law firm seeks legal administrative assistant/receptionist for immediate opportunity within their Marina del Ray office. Successful candidates will have a minimum of 1 year of experience working within a reception and/or administrative assistant capacity within a law firm in which they assisted high profile clientele and attorneys with varied requests. Strong customer service skills in addition to a high level of attention to detail and verbal/written communication skills are a must. Ideal candidates will possess either a Bachelor's degree and/or AA plus related experience.

  • Minimum 1 year office assistant/general clerical experience. Accounting/legal/banking/data processing experience preferred.
  • Computer literate, advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel. Working knowledge of MS PowerPoint, Visio and Sharepoint. Proficient in internet research.
  • Good verbal/written English communication and organizational skills.
  • Self-starter, driven and motivated individual, able to multitask and effectively perform in a deadline driven environment.
