Excellent Part-time position in the Appleton area as an Administrative Assistant/ Sales Support. Main duties for this position are providing sales support and administrative support to the President and sales team. Responsibilities include: developing client relations through telemarketing, could be making 20 calls per day, making follow up calls, creating proposals, letters and sales presentations. Will also be responsible for scheduling and coordinating appointments as necessary.
Will also be backup to the Administrative Assistant: Duties include: Temp to hire Administrative Assistant in Appleton. Interested candidate will be required to provide a full range of Administrative and organizational support. Job duties will consist of working with word tables, entering, copying, pasting & sorting so must feel comfortable working with tables. Will also be maintaining client files in electronic and paper formats, answering 6 line phone system, copying, scheduling and managing calendars, arranges travel for team members, ordering and maintaining office supplies.
Prepare and coordinate mailings, faxes and express packages, provide clerical/administrative support to both the President and team members. Must be extremely organized and able to multi-task in a fast paced environment. Must be proficient in Word and Excel. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
This position would only be 2-3 days a week.
