Campbell Ewald is seeking a passionate and motivated Administrative Assistant to join their LA office (West Hollywood). Campbell Ewald is a fun and fast-paced advertising agency with people who have a drive to innovate, inspire, and create. Our Administrative Assistant will be the primary point of contact for our Executive Creative Director and will provide all administrative and operational support. He/she will provide superior support in prioritizing and creating an organizational process that will help our Executive Creative Director meet project timelines and deliverables.
Responsibilities will include maintaining calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, producing written materials and presentations, processing expense reports, answering the phone and other varied duties as assigned. Qualified candidates must be strong in computer applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with a Mac is preferred. Must be flexible and have the ability to remain cool under pressure. Candidates should also possess strong communication and organizational skills, and be a proactive, self-starter who enjoys a fun and creative environment.
