Job Description

: The Administrative Assistant will assist with day-to–day administrative functions for the General Manager. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced corporate environment and must demonstrate a high level of energy, organization, discretion, flexibility, good judgment, and sense of urgency. This position is 16 hours per week. Principle Accountabilities: *
  • Support daily administrative tasks, i.e.: UPS shipments, creating binders and folders, copying materials, office filing. *
  • Receive and distribute mail. *
  • Assist in the scheduling of meetings and event preparations. *
  • Address customer service issues

Job Requirements
: Minimum Qualifications: *
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. *
  • Previous office administration experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: *
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information *
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written *
  • Detail Oriented *
  • Highly Organized *
  • Ability to prioritize workload and multi-task *
  • Must have the ability to quickly learn systems, process, and procedures *
  • Excellent interpersonal skills *
  • Ability to communicate effectively and provide proper follow up Work independently and within a team *
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point)

Working Conditions: *
  • Normal office environment, some time spent in stores environment.
