The primary purpose of this position is to support the Director of RENCI. This includes managing their calendar, scheduling meetings with Chancellors, Provosts, Vice Chancellors, Chief Information Officers, Chief Technical Officers, Senators, Congressmen, national business leaders and reviewing and responding to emails and correspondence as appropriate for the Director. This position is responsible for making complex and political decisions in support of the Director. This requires extensive knowledge of the priorities of RENCI, the campus and the state. This position also provides administration support to the Deputy Director and other RENCI directors.
High school diploma or equivalency and one year of related office experience; or equivalent combination of training and experience.
