Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic,
professional Administrative Assistant / Sr HR Assistant to provide
administrative and project support for Ecolab’s VP HR Global Supply Chain and
the Global Supply Chain HR Team .

Main Responsibilities

Manage global headcount metrics
for monthly reviews by Global Supply Chain and Integration Leadership Teams Produce
HR various headcount and metrics reports

Provide general administrative
support for the HR Department including reporting, correspondence and presentations

Process employee change actions
including new hires, separations, internal movement and ECF related data
updates

Maintain an accurate and updated
organizational structure

Develop compensation
recommendations, offer letters, organizational announcements and employee
communications, as needed

Manage maintenance and updates to
the Supply Chain HR SharePoint site and organization charts

Work closely with Talent
Acquisition to ensure appropriate set-up of new hires

Liaison to internal customers.
Respond to first-line calls regarding personnel matters and HR policies

Coordinates special projects as
assigned

Basic Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

3+ years of administrative
assistant experience, supporting professional staff or management

Ability to accurately type a
minimum of 25 words per minute, in a timed test

Intermediate proficiency in
Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

No immigration sponsorship
available for this role

Preferred Qualifications

Post-Secondary degree in
Business, Human Resources, or related administrative support field

2+ years experience working for a
Fortune 500 company

3+ years corporate experience in
companies with more than 10,000 employee

Previous experience with ADP, Org
Plus, and/or SharePoint

Previous experience in an HR
environment

Demonstrated ability to
professionally handle confidential and sensitive information

Strong time management and organizational
skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities

Demonstrated initiative with ability
to anticipate needs and be resourceful

Excellent verbal and written
communication skills, with a strong customer focus

Flexibility and ability to adapt
to change in a fast-paced, results driven environment

Ability to quickly gain knowledge
of systems and organizational operations, procedures, and staff

Strong attention to detail

Critical thinking, analytical,
and problem solving skills

Ability to work independently, as
well as collaborate in a team environment
