Administrative Assistant (
Wayside Campus – Framingham): Full time position providing assistance in clerical, accounting and office management to the Billing Department. The Administrative Assistant reports to the Senior Billing Coordinator and is responsible for performing all routine office procedures including answering phones and scheduling. Essential functions include developing and maintaining spreadsheets for internal accounting projects, assisting with billing, developing forms, and other documentation. Assistance with correspondence, reports, data collection, data entry and mailings will be required. Some support will be given to the general finance and residential effort as needed administratively. Strong organization and interpersonal skills required. Associates degree in Business or equivalent work experience. Minimum of three years experience in a position involving independent responsibilities required.
